With over 20 years of experience in both commercial and nonprofit direct marketing, Anita is OMP's managing partner and Chief Operating Officer. Anita devotes most of her time to managing the firm's staff and directing its business affairs. In addition, when launching new client relationships, the firm takes advantage of her special skill in designing accounting and financial performance tracking systems. Anita's favorite pasttime is watching college and professional basketball games.

Yvonne joined the OMP team in 2004. Formerly Vice President for Client Strategy at the Share Group, Yvonne brings 14 years experience in multi-channel fundraising to OMP's client list. She has been deeply involved in political and advocacy fundraising for many years, working with political candidates and clients such as Planned Parenthood and the Human Rights Campaign. Yvonne uses that experience to help OMP's clients bring their organizational strategy into their fundraising program.
